Rwan, Ghassan, Razan, & Lian

The children live with their family in a small tent. Baby Rwan was born prematurely with Arnold Chiari Malformation. Due to lack of access to medical care, she has lost her vision, and suffers from chronic health complications that often require urgent hospitalization.
