Lian and Ryan narrowly escaped with their parents from the north of Gaza at the height of the invasion. Ian was born in late December 2025. Displaced multiple times, they lost thier tent in January 2026 due to severe winds caused by the winter storms. Ian has needed multiple rounds of nebulizer treatments as a result of chest infections and his mother Reem has not always been able to provide them. They are staying with their aunt until their parents can raise enough money for a new tent.
