Fadl (6) was admitted to the hospital in late December 2025 after suffering for two weeks with inability to walk, spasming and loss of control of bladder as well as loss of memory. He was diagnosed with Progressive Encephalopathy, which is a chronic, worsening brain disease, often characterized by accelerating mental, cognitive, and motor decline. He has a medical referral for urgent evacuation, which unfortunately does not guarantee his transfer or treatment. 

He lives in a tent with four siblings.
